You will be met personally and while other passengers battle with salespeople all vying to sell them something, you will be shown promptly to your private or shared, air-conditioned vehicle, ready to transfer you quickly to your hotel or other accommodation.
If you booked the shared service you may have to wait up to 10 minutes for other people to join the van and you may have to make up to 2 drop-offs on the way to your hotel.
If you book the private service you will be the only ones in the van and it will leave as soon as you are ready and take you directly to your hotel or accommodation.
If you book a round-trip transfer then the return journey will be in a private taxi, whether you book the private or shared service.

If you don't want to pre-book with us then at Cozumel Airport you will find a taxi desk in the arrivals area. They will book you a mini-van taxi that you can share with other groups or take privately. Or, if you want to save money, walk about 800 yds (730m) across the parking lot to the road outside the airport and wait to hail a normal white with red-stripe taxi. However, they can sometimes be slow coming and you may need to walk down the road some hundred yards more before they will pick you up.

Arrival to Cozumel Airport:
You will be met by a professional representative and your E-ticket will be exchanged for a voucher, before they escort you to the transfer vehicle.
Time:
Determined by your flight arrival/departure times. The operator meets all incoming flights and vehicles are scheduled to meet each arrival.
Hotel Pickup (round-trip transfers):
The operator we work with has representatives in all the major hotels who will arrange your return trip to the airport for you.
