The coronavirus tests are made at a private clinic conveniently located downtown. The full address and instructions will be on your E-ticket, but you can email us or contact us on WhatsApp and tell us where you are staying, and we can tell you exactly how far it is before you book.

You pay us an administration fee now, and then you pay the cost of the test on arrival to the clinic. Once you have booked we will email you to confirm your personal details, including vaccination status, and then will schedule you at a clinic for the time you requested - or the closest available time.
We will then send you a detailed E-ticket with all the important information you need to know in clear English. The test itself only takes a few minutes but plan to be at the clinic for about 30 minutes in total to allow time for waiting and completing paperwork. Test results will be emailed to you and you can pick up a printed version too if you wish.
We recommend walking, taking a taxi or driving your rental car to get to the clinic, but we can also arrange transport upon request for an additional cost.

If you have any questions, delays or problems with your test and/or results you must contact the clinic providing the service, but we will assist where possible.

For antigen tests you must not smoke or use nasal sprays/washes for at least 3 hours before your test.
For PCR tests you must not smoke or use nasal sprays/washes, or brush your teeth or use mouth washes, for at least 3 hours before your test.
You must take your passport to verify your identity for the results.
Face masks must be worn inside the clinic and you must wash or sanitise your hands when entering and as otherwise instructed by clinic staff.
The test itself only takes a few minutes but plan to be at the clinic for about 30 minutes in total to allow time for waiting and completing paperwork.
Carefully reconfirm your full name and date of birth with the clinic staff to make sure they appear correctly on your result, otherwise your airline may not accept it.
Tell the clinic staff that you want the result emailed to you and carefully give them your email address to make sure you have no problems receiving it. Remember to check your spam folder too in case the result goes there.
You may also be given the option to wait to receive a printed version of your result or return to collect it.
