Local press report that 60% of construction sites are now working again and the landmark Distrito Cozumel Centro vacation home project also restarted last month, with the island's mayor laying the first stone at a special ceremony.

Distrito Cozumel Centro is the downtown sister project to the already highly successful Distrito Cozumel condo building.
