Cozumel Carnival organizers confirmed, at the end of last month, that the main events for next year's Carnival will run from Wednesday, February 26 to Tuesday, March 4, 2014.
This means the island's spectacular annual celebration will see the biggest parades from Saturday, March 1, to "Fat" Tuesday, March 4. |

Cozumel Airport Grows In Strength

International passenger numbers jumped 19.2% at the island’s airport, last month, and a new direct route between Cozumel and Miami was launched. American Airlines started making round-trip journeys between Florida's Magic City and Cozumel every Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, using Boeing 737-800 aircraft with room for 150 passengers. |
