Self-Drive Jeep Tour or Private Transport:
Adults $65 USD, Children (4-12 years) $40 USD.

Boat and Entrance (provide your own transport):
Adults $45 USD, Children (4-12 years) $30 USD.

(Once on the island the packages are the same, only the transport differs. Kids under 4 do not pay but take the tour at the parents' or guardians' own risk.)

Departs:

If you take the Jeep or Private Transport option the tour departs at 9.30am or 11am, Mon-Sat, from the downtown meeting point. If you arrive on a cruise ship you will need to walk or take a 5 minute taxi ride to the meeting point (depending which pier you arrive to).

If you just pay for the Boat and Entrance you can arrive at any time between 9am and 12 midday Cozumel time. The island closes at 4pm. A taxi from the cruise terminals to the boat to Passion Island costs about $25 each way for up to 4 passengers and takes about 30 minutes.

(The Jeeps take about 40 minutes to arrive to the boat as they go off-road, the Private Car option takes about 30 minutes to arrive.)
