The organizers of the 2008 Cozumel carnival confirmed the program and artists last week.
Performers invited to next year's island dance and music spectacular include Los Súper Reyes, La Sonora Carruseles, Gilberto Santa Rosa, the Kumbia All Stars and Merenglass.
Los Súper Reyes will be first to play at the Carnival King and Queen presentations on January 5.

The organizers also said that for the first time ever, the 'Grand Parade' on the night of Fat Tuesday, January 30, will finish with a free dance for everyone in the Parque Quintana Roo with music provided live by Merenglass.
2.5 million pesos ($236,000 USD) is being spent on the artistic package in 2008 and the main program runs from January 23 to 30.
