Art in Cozumel
Circular works by Adriana Delfin.
An intriguing exhibition of round art opened last night at the Coffee Bean café in downtown Cozumel.

Called Punto de Partida - or 'Starting Point' - it shows a series of new works by up-and-coming young Mexican artist Adriana Delfin.

The paintings wrap you up in an amalgamation of organic forms, textures and colors, demonstrating how the complex is replaced by the simple.

When describing Delfin's art her promoter said it represents the "unification of the one with the all and the point where everything begins".

Delfin is 27 years old and studied visual arts at UNAM University in Mexico City. Specializing also in murals, her professional career includes a total of ten exhibitions across the country.

More information about the Coffee Bean is available in our Restaurants section.
