Design work is included and the ads can be updated whenever necessary. Listings by owners and agent/brokers welcome. Your property will appear on the homepage as a 'Hot Property'.
Your listing will appear prominently in the Cozumel real estate section.
If you wish, a copy of your listing can be added for free to our MLS service as well, which is also syndicated on other top real estate sites, including Google Maps, Home Away, Property Stop and Mexico Buyers Guide.
Enquiries received through the MLS listing will be managed by one of our professional real estate partners. If they bring a buyer to you they will negotiate a commission, usually around 5% of the sale price.
