Upon arrival at Cozumel Airport:
You must report to the Olympus Tours Desk located outside the airport Arrivals gate. Your voucher will be exchanged for tickets. After processing your voucher, a representative will escort you to the transfer van. Olympus Representatives will be wearing blue pants and an orange T-shirt with the Olympus Logo on the back.
Time:
Determined by your flight arrival/departure times. The operator meets all incoming flights and vans are scheduled to meet each arrival.
Hotel Pickup:
Prior to your travel date, your Hotel and Flight details MUST be advised to the tour operator so they may allocate your transfer. If you do not indicate this at the time of booking, you will be required to call the tour operator and advise them of this information directly. The tour operator's contact details will be on your voucher once you have a confirmed booking.
