Great location next to San Francisco on a long stretch of feathery white sand with sparkling clear turquiose waters.

Great for partying as it's run by the same chain that has the Carlos 'n Charlies restaurant downtown.

Entrance is free as long as you buy something. Snorkel/dive shop on site as well as a drugstore and stores selling silver and Cuban cigars.

They can also arrange snorkel boat trips, parasailing and Waverunners.

Distance from downtown approx. 9 miles (14.5 km).

Price guide: Nachos $6.50, Cheeseburger $9, Cocktails $5, Snorkel gear $10 per day, Resort Dive $75, inc. gear, tank and boat.
