Gas stations no longer have long line-ups in Cozumel as life returns to normal. The vast majority of areas now have electricity - including downtown.

Cellphones, many landlines and high-speed internet are working and public water is back on in almost all areas - although some people will have to wait a little longer for new roof-top tanks to replace those that Wilma blew away.
