The first scheduled direct flight from the USA to Cozumel arrived yesterday, reports Mexican newspaper Por Esto!
Continental Airlines Manager, Liliana Rodríguez Soberanis, said that the airline plans to continue with three flights to and from Houston per week, on Saturdays, Mondays and Wednesdays, but that the exact itinerary would depend on the continuing speedy recovery of the island and availability of hotels.
