All accommodations provide air conditioning, fridge, cable TV, DVD, microwave and high-speed internet access.

Furnishings towels and bedding are provided and, best of all, Casa Olivia's top island based management team is available to take care of bill paying, domestic repairs and emergencies should the need arise.

Longer term rates to suit those who want to stay a bit longer but not for the full 6 month or yearly contracts that are more common when you step outside the short term vacation rental market.

The Main House includes: living area; dining area; fully equipped kitchen; large upstair bedroom with living area and balcony; bathroom with bath and large walk in shower; King bed and additional single sofa bed.
