Most the repair work to people's homes has been completed now in Cozumel, but some families in the poorer parts of town slipped through the gaps of the original relief efforts.

Local dive instructor and operator, Tony Anschutz, received many offers to help local people from customers and friends. So, he took donations and got busy helping - along with his girlfriend, friends and business associates.

First, they bought food and household supplies. When these were distributed they discovered many people were also still in need of basic materials to fix roofs that Wilma had blown away. Inspired, Tony and his gang bought materials and distributed these to the delight of those that received them.
