The organizers of the 2008 Cozumel carnival confirmed the program and artists last week.
Performers invited to next year's island dance and music spectacular include Los Súper Reyes, La Sonora Carruseles, Gilberto Santa Rosa, the Kumbia All Stars and Merenglass.
Los Súper Reyes will be first to play at the Carnival King and Queen presentations on January 5.

A new direct flight from Monterrey, in the north of Mexico, landed in Cozumel for the first time earlier this month.
The flight is operated on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays by VivaAerobus and takes about 2¼ hours.
